Our Mission:
To motivate and train women to learn and love the game of golf, and to provide a networking outlet for ladies to increase their knowledge, self-confidence and enjoyment of the sport.
We seek to provide a welcoming environment for ladies of all ages and all skill levels. Whether you're brand new to the course or you have a personalized set of clubs, we strive to promote your personal growth, athletic development, and create lasting friendships through organized play, mentorship, and a shared passion for the game.

Community
ELGL is a community of golfers both new and
experienced and we want you to feel welcome in a space that has been
infamous for exclusivity.
We strive to provide a laid-back environment for you to practice and enhance your skills.
Support
We aim for you to feel
supported as you learn and grow your golf game through continued practice.
There are plenty of golfers who are willing to extend a little advice, an extra ball, and show you the best kind of club to use on a par 3.
Practice
We host outings twice a month, once on a 9-hole course and once on an 18-hole course.
All of our Play Days for the Texas (TX) Chapter remain in DFW.
Knowledge
We not only have golfers of all skill sets, but professional players and career golfers who are happy to extend their knowledge to you on the tips and tricks they have to be the iconic players they are on the course.
Education on the rules of the game, as well as the complex history of the sport, are a foundational skill for our members.
Enjoyment
Fundamentals and fun are the keys to our success. Golf is a sport, yes, but it's
important to enjoy yourself while you're out on the course.
To warm you up to the League, we host putting and longest-drive games on some of our Play Days for a little bit of friendly competition. Other days we Scramble. No matter what the theme is, you'll have fun.
Mentorship
There are plenty of
mentorship opportunities both on and off the golf course. Alongside our
experienced golfers, we have golf swing consultants and practice events as available through ELGL.
Training is offered throughout the year and we strive to keep you up to date on mentoring opportunities throughout DFW to stretch your golf knowledge, even in the off-season.
